- Mow all turf areas during growing season
- Remove all leaf and winter debris during non-growing season
- Remove all weeds from landscaped areas, ornamental planters and tree rings
- Line trim around all hard obstructions within and adjacent to turf areas
- Edge all turf adjoining hard surfaces
- Remove accumulated debris and undesired plant growth from all hard surface areas
- Prune all perennial and deciduous planting
General Services
- All services will be performed by trained, properly supervised personnel in accordance with accepted horticultural practices.
- Materials will be applied at manufacturer’s recommended rates. The environmental impact of alternate products will determine which shall be used.
- Sufficient personnel and equipment shall be provided to complete operations in a timely manner.
- All equipment will be operated in a manner that will prevent property damage or personal injury.
- Clean up of the entire site to remove miscellaneous accumulated debris will be performed at every service. All collected debris will be removed from the site.
